Clear Edge Systems provides AI-powered receptionist and automated appointment booking services to service businesses, including barbershops, salons, dental offices, and spas. Our services include:
SMS Terms: Our AI receptionist sends transactional SMS messages (appointment confirmations) to callers who provide their phone number during the booking process. These messages are not promotional. Message frequency depends on booking activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
Our services are intended for business use. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.

Service fees are as follows:
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' written notice.
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' written notice. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period.

All content, software, and technology used to provide our services, including but not limited to our AI systems, website design, and branding, are the property of Clear Edge Systems and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services solely for their intended purpose.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee that our AI receptionist will handle every call perfectly or that all appointment bookings will be completed without error.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clear Edge Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clear Edge Systems and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by contacting you directly. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
