How consent is obtained: When a customer calls a business using our AI receptionist and provides their phone number to book an appointment, they verbally consent to receive a confirmation text message for that booking.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.

4. Sharing Your Information

• Service providers: We work with third-party providers (including Vapi for AI voice, GoHighLevel for CRM and calendaring, Make.com for automation, and Twilio for SMS delivery) who assist in operating our services. • Business clients: Appointment data collected through our AI receptionist is shared with the business client whose number you called, for the purpose of confirming and managing your appointment.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Call and appointment data is retained for a period of up to 12 months unless a longer retention period is required by law or requested by our business clients.
